Together with their families, we would be so glad to have you with us as we marry at Nooitgedacht Estate in the Banghoek Valley, Stellenbosch, on Saturday the fourteenth of March, two thousand and twenty-six, at half past three in the afternoon.
Our story
We met in a queue for coffee in Stellenbosch in 2018, both pretending to read the menu. Stefan asked Lara if the flat white was any good; it wasn't, but the conversation was.
Eight years, two cities and one small dog later, Stefan proposed on a hike in the Cederberg, at the spot we now can't stop going back to. We'd love you to be there when we make it official.

The day
Arrive from 15:00 · ceremony at 15:30 on the lawn. Here's roughly how it runs, so you know what to expect.
Find a seat on the lawn. A welcome drink will be waiting.
We say our vows under the oaks, with the mountains behind us.
Canapés and bubbles on the terrace while we steal away for photos.
A long-table feast in the cellar. Speeches between courses.
First dance, then the floor is yours until late.
Shuttles to Stellenbosch leave from the gate at midnight.

The bits worth knowing before the day. Anything else, just ask us.
Formal, garden-friendly. Think summer suits and floral dresses. The ceremony is on grass, so kitten heels or block heels will thank you.
Nooitgedacht Estate is 15 minutes from Stellenbosch on the R310. Parking is free at the gate. We run shuttles to and from town; let us know if you need a seat.
We have held rooms at two guesthouses in Stellenbosch at a wedding rate. Mention "Lara & Stefan" when you book. Details in your RSVP confirmation.

We love your little ones, but we are keeping the evening an adults-only celebration so everyone can relax. Thank you for understanding.
