A few useful things.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is at 10:30. Earlier check-in or later check-out can usually be arranged. Just ask in advance.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. A full breakfast is included in the rate. We use what is in season and from the smallholding when we can. Dietary preferences are easily accommodated; just let us know.
Do you accept children?
Yes. Children of all ages are welcome in the Olive Cottage and the Fynbos Suite. The other rooms are better for adults and over-twelves. Two of our rooms can take a cot.
Can we bring our dog?
Two of our rooms are dog-friendly: the Olive Cottage and the Garden Studio. There is a small fee per stay. We need to know in advance, and we ask that dogs are well-behaved with our cat.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Within 14 days the deposit is non-refundable. Within 72 hours the full booking is charged.
Is there parking?
Yes. Secure off-street parking for up to six cars in the courtyard. The gate is closed at 22:00.
