Leadwood is the lodge’s family house: two en-suite bedrooms either side of a shared lounge, with a wraparound deck and a small splash pool. It sits a little apart from the suites, so children can be children without anyone minding.

Families travelling with under-twelves can book a private vehicle and guide, so drive times suit younger attention spans. The kitchen will happily cook around fussy eaters and early bedtimes.
