Two guided activities a day are included in every stay, led by our own field guides and trackers. Tell us what you most want to see and we’ll build the drives around it.
The afternoon drive stops at a koppie or a pan as the light goes gold. Gin and tonics out of the cooler box, the whole reserve turning pink behind you.
On foot with a trails guide, learning to read tracks, dung and birdsong. The bush at a different pace, where the small things finally get their turn.
Elephant, buffalo, white rhino and a strong leopard population, plus sable, kudu, giraffe and zebra across open plains and thornveld. Malaria-free, year-round.
A hide overlooks the main pan a short walk from the suites. In the dry months you can sit out an entire afternoon and let the bush come to you.
On clear nights dinner moves outside to the boma: a fire, a long table, food off the coals and a sky with no town for a hundred kilometres to dim it.
