Rates & policies.
All rates are per person sharing, per night, and include all meals, two guided game activities a day, all teas and coffees, and taxes. Conservation levy and premium drinks are charged separately.

The fine print

What’s included
All meals, two guided game activities a day, teas, coffees and a guided bush walk on request. Rates are per person sharing. Premium drinks, the conservation levy and spa treatments are charged separately.
Deposits & payment
A 50% deposit secures your booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. We accept EFT, Visa and Mastercard. Rates are quoted in ZAR.
Single supplement & children
A single supplement of 50% applies to sole occupancy. Children of all ages are welcome in the Leadwood Family House; children over eight are welcome in the suites, and a private vehicle can be arranged for families.
Cancellation
Free up to 30 days before arrival. Within 30 days the deposit is non-refundable. Within 7 days the full booking is charged. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Getting here & malaria
The reserve is malaria-free and an easy self-drive from Gauteng, on tar most of the way. We send directions and a gate code with every booking, and can arrange a road transfer from Lanseria Airport.
