What's not in the box
A short, honest list.
The packages are deliberately venue-only. Most couples spend roughly the same on catering as on the venue, plus a bit more on flowers, photography and the band. We have a list of trusted suppliers we'll share when you enquire.
- Catering & beverages (we recommend three caterers; clients book directly)
- Florals (we work with two studios in the valley)
- Photography & videography
- Music, sound & lighting
- Stationery, signage & printing
- Officiant
- Hair & makeup
- Transport for guests
From enquiry to "I do"
How a booking works.
Send an enquiry
Tell us your date, your rough head count, the package you like the look of. We come back within a working day with availability and a starting figure.
Come and walk
If it looks like a match, you come and spend an hour or two on the estate, see the spaces, ask the questions you can't ask in an email. Site visits are by appointment, weekdays.
Hold the date
If you want the date, we hold it for two weeks. We meet your coordinator (or recommend one), confirm the package and you pay a 25% deposit.
Plan together
Between three and twelve months of planning, depending on lead time. Three meetings minimum. We connect you with our recommended caterers, florists, photographers, musicians.
The wedding
Your coordinator runs the day. We are there in the background. The team you met at the start are the team running the dinner service.
