Fynbos Rosé

Vintage 2024

A Provence-pale rosé made for the long summer.

A rosé made on purpose, not as a byproduct of red winemaking. Grenache and Cinsault picked specifically for the rosé bottling, direct-pressed after six hours of skin contact at low temperature.

Fermented in stainless at 12 °C, aged on the fine lees for three months, bottled in August. Pale onion-skin in colour. Dry as a bone.

Tasting notes

White peach, strawberry skin, a hint of dried fynbos and pink pepper. Crisp, dry, very dry, with a saline thread running through.
