What's on the shelves.
The front half of the padstal is a working pantry. Bread on the long counter, preserves on the shelves, cheese in the cabinet, frozen lamb in the back.

On the bread counter
Mixed the day before, proved overnight, baked at first light. We bake every day except Sunday. Out by seven, gone by lunchtime in summer.

Everything in the shop is for sale over the counter, in person. If you're coming through and want us to reserve something (a particular loaf, a wheel of cheese, a case of preserves), send us a message and we'll have it ready.
